Warm candidates for startups that need to hire fast.
Every candidate in Finalist Pool reached a final round at another startup within the last 60 days. Skip the job ad and start with people who are already vetted and on the market.
The only place to find candidates who are both.
Ready to move now, and already vetted by another company. A job ad gives you the first. LinkedIn search can’t tell you either. Finalist Pool gives you both.
They came close to being hired.
A finalist didn’t just send an application. They went through another company’s hiring process and made it all the way to the last round. Only one person could get the offer, and this time it wasn’t them.
A typical process. The exact steps vary from company to company.
Different process, same bar
Every startup hires differently. One runs a case, another a technical test, a third leans on references. A finalist has cleared someone else’s version of the bar. That doesn’t make them weaker for yours. It means you start with someone who has already held up under a real hiring process.
You still decide
You run your own interviews and make your own call. Finalist Pool doesn’t replace your judgement. It saves you the first rounds, so you spend your time on candidates who have already come close.
One startup’s finalist is another startup’s next hire.
Scaling startups hire for similar roles: product, engineering, design, sales and customer success. Your ‘no’ last month could be another startup’s ‘yes’ today. And their ‘no’ could be your next hire.
To scale, you have to hire fast. Every week a key role stays open slows the team down, delays the roadmap and puts more work on the people you already have.
Finalist Pool connects startups in an ecosystem of warm candidates. They are vetted by another company, on the market right now and ready to start adding value.
